Teens will have the opportunity to participate in all facets of WTB operations, focusing on seven program areas, each with its specific responsibilities: 1. In addition, programs help develop their resume writing and personal finance skills as well as their business planning and entrepreneurship expertise. This includes bicycle mechanics and repair, advocacy and outreach, and safe cycling instruction. We train teens in the elements of bike-related employment.
